Service
Stock Reef is a Shopify app that provides low-stock reporting, recent sales history, filtering, and reorder quantity suggestions. Suggestions are informational and should be reviewed before placing supplier orders.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for verifying stock, supplier lead times, supplier availability, order quantities, and purchase decisions. Stock Reef does not place purchase orders or modify store data.
Billing
Stock Reef is intended to be offered as a monthly Shopify app subscription. Billing is handled through Shopify according to the plan accepted by the merchant during installation or subscription.
Availability
REEF Apps aims to keep Stock Reef available and reliable, but the service can be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, Shopify API availability, or third-party interruptions.
